We want you to showcase your passion for motion and animation by becoming an integral part of the team working alongside a team of creatives, inspiring and motivating one another each day, where collaboration and motivation help to make us better. We’re all about sharing practical insights to ensure every project hits the mark.
When you’re working on your own projects you’ll be responsible for coming up with concepts, and then bringing it all to life with the aim of always delighting our clients, and never afraid to roll up your sleeves if the shit hits the fan or a colleague needs help.
Our work spans a range of industries and you may be called upon to work across a number of creative disciplines and deliverables — contributing ideas to multiple projects, as well as managing your own workloads. You will be considered a mentor to the more junior members of the team. But they’ll be no ego, we’re a tight-knit team that works together to deliver the best possible solutions to keep every client happy.
A little bit about you
Maybe you started out as a graphic designer but then decided that
things that aren’t moving are a bit dull? Or maybe you’re an animator
that loves graphic design?
In order to make communications stand out it needs to be distinctive
and engaging so you’ll love making things move and bounce on screen. You’ll understand the importance of audience-focused content and it’s ability to engage and influence behaviour. You’ll be able turn functional information and data into fun, engaging, dynamic and relevant content that has impact and fulfils client objectives.
You’ll be involved with developing strategic content plans, be part of creative workshops with clients and then creating relevant designs that meets their needs. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and evolving the design of content on screen. You’ll have a creative and dynamic approach to everything you create — ensuring the right content is designed for the right moments to ensure a great user experience.
— You’ll have 1-2 years industry experience
— Excellent working knowledge of all the usual Adobe Creative Cloud packages but with a particular focus on After Effects
— You’ll also have a passion for experimenting with new software’s that can enhance our work and capabilities and be confident in showcasing to the wider business what you have discovered
— You’re passionate about big ideas and storytelling
— You’ll be able to manage a busy workload and deadlines
— A brilliant attention to detail alongside a portfolio loaded with examples of moving image and animations
— You have experience creating motion work that stands out, not blends in and shares our way of thinking
— You’ll thrive whether in front of colleagues or clients
